With 40% fat in dry matter our Edam has a wonderfulcreamy flavour. Also it has very good melting properties and thus makes itself indispensable in the professional kitchen for gratinating and baked dishes.

The mild, nutty flavour is a classic characteristic and its distinctive perforation is its trademark. Our Emmental makes no exception and is perfect for use in bakery products or as a cheese snack.

Our Cheddar is a hard cheese. Due to its firm consistency it can be processed into grated or sliced product. Furthermore, its exceptional melting properties makes it the ideal cheese for use in burgers, toast and sandwiches.
