Milk is our most valuable asset and, as such, we treat it with the utmost care. In fact, this starts right after milking: the proximity of our cooperative businesses allows us to maintain our own efficient collective logistics, which ensures that the milk can be processed in our state-of-the-art facility as quickly as possible.
But milk is probably the most strictly controlled foodstuff, too. There are strict legal requirements in place which we naturally comply with at all times. Not only are the processing operations in our dairy certified and subject to ongoing inspection, but so is each individual cooperative business.
And that’s not all: our processes guarantee swift processing with defined refrigeration chains subject to ongoing technical surveillance.
