We supply six different cheese varieties as well as butter, cream and whey concentrate of consistently high quality from our cutting-edge production facilities. As a cooperative, we have relied on our hundreds of producers located in the surrounding area – between Hamburg and Dithmarschen – for more than 140 years. We use our own fleet of vehicles to collect the fresh milk for immediate further processing and distribution globally as quality products.
